CALCUTTA – Harold Albert “Whitey” VanFossan, 78, died Sunday, Oct. 5, 2003, at his home following a brief illness.
He was born Dec. 8, 1924, in East Liverpool,.
He retired from Crucible Stainless & Alloy division of Colt Industries in Midland.
He is survived by his wife, Ann “Cinny” Vuckovich VanFossan; son, John Antonelli of Virginia; daughter, Sally Brooks of Boardman; sister Sarah Hague of East Liverpool; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Pastor Bill Anzevino of Christian Assembly Church will conduct services at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Schwerha Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
