William Dickey Obituary

WILLIAM DICKEY

Services will be held Tuesday for William M. Dickey, 70, of 177 Pennsylvania Ave., who died Saturday at 4:30 a.m. in the East Liverpool Extended Care Center following a brief illness.
He was born Feb. 28, 1907, in East Liverpool, a son of William C. Dickey and Florence Burroughs Dickey, and resided here his lifetime.
Mr. Dickey was employed as a mutual clerk at Waterford Park, and was a member of the Service Employes International Union.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Betty Dickey, at home, and two brothers, Daniel O. Dickey of Germany and H. Kelsey Dickey of Indiana.
Services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Dawson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Charles Taylor of the Friendship Gospel Tabernacle officiating. Burial will be in Columbiana County Memorial Park.
Friends may call at the funeral home this afternoon and tonight. The family requests that material tributes take the form of a memorial donation to a favorite charity.
