FRANCIS, CHARLES WAYNE “CHUCK”, 62, of Wellsburg, died Monday, November 12, 2001, at home. He was born October 17, 1939, in Wellsburg, a son of the late Bert Francis and Ida Headly Francis. He was a welder with United Steelworks of America (Welder Local 14614, Charleston) and a Protestant. He was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine “Gidge” Talamonti Francis. Surviving are a son, Jeff Francis and his wife, Maria of Winston-Salem, NC; three daughters, Judith Rosbrook and her husband, Robert of Fayetteville, NC, Wendy Tortorello and her husband, Steven, and Crystal L. Francis, all of Wellsburg, WV; three grandchildren, Aurora Francis and Joshua Francis, both of North Carolina, and Teilor Stevic of Wellsburg, WV; four brothers, seven sisters.
