Mrs. Ellen Gracie Glass, 74, widow of Mode Glass of Pughtown, died Monday at 3 p.m. in City Hospital following a two weeks’ illness.
Mrs. Glass was born in Glenwood, Pa., and resided in Pughtown since she was 4. She made her home with her son, Harry Glass, since the death of her husband in 1938. She was a member of the Pughtown Christian Church.
Her only other survivor is a nephew, James A. Gracie of Carnegie, Pa.
Rites will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Arner Funeral Home in New Cumberland by Rev. Allen S. Fields, pastor of the New Cumberland Christian Church. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery in Pughtown.
Friends may call tonight at the funeral home.
