Allan Benjamin Skinner, 36, of New Cumberland passed away Saturday, March 19, 2011 at his residence.
He was born October 11, 1975 in Weirton, a son of the late Gary Grant Skinner, Sr. and Joan (Dave) Holbrook of New Cumberland. He was also preceded in death by his brother Gary Grant Skinner, Jr.
Allan was a member of the New Cumberland VFW Post #3526 and was protestant by faith.
Surviving in addition to his mother are his uncle Lowell (Farmer) Hobbs of New Cumberland; and two nephews, Nathan and Austin Skinner and a niece Makayla Skinner.
Services were held on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at the Turley Funeral Home in New Cumberland with Pastor Craig Greathouse officiating . Interment followed in the New Cumberland Cemetery.
