Howard. E. Ulbright, 91, of New Cumberland passed away Sunday, March 13, 2011, after a brief illness.
He was born, at home, on August 13, 1919 and was the son of the late Charles J. and Elizabeth Ann (Krisnick) Ulbright. He retired from Globe Brick after which he enjoyed spending time on his tractor farming and gardening.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah A. 9Mehaffey) Ulbright, whom he married on June 4, 1942; three daughters, Barbara A/ Troutman of New Caste, Linda L. (Walter :Babe”) Gibbas and Darlene S. Ulbright, all of New Cumberland; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Along with his parents, four brothers and four sisters preceded him in death.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Tues., March 15, 2011, at the Nixon Funeral Home in Newell.
Burial followed at Locust Hill Cemetery, Chester.
