Services were held today at 1 p.m. at the Spriggs and Watson Funeral Home, 720 N. Lang Ave., Pittsburgh, for Charles H. Curtis, 72, formerly of 1232 Harker Ave. here.
He died Friday at the Veterans Hospital in Pittsburgh, where he had been a patient since last June.
He was born at Mt. Vale, W. Va., Aug. 1, 1900. At one time he worked for Atty. W. H. Vodrey Jr.
He is survived by a nephew, Jonathan E. Carpenter of Pittsburgh, who was in charge of the funeral arrangements, other nephews and several nieces.
Burial was in the Restland Memorial Park, Monroeville.
