ROSEVILLE, Ohio – Graveside services were held Monday for Clarence R. Jones, 79, of 214 High St. who died Friday at home following a long illness.
He was born Oct. 20, 1907 in Crooksville, a son of the late Foster Jones and Ella Sands Jones. He was a maintenance man at the Nelson McCoy Pottery before retiring in 1978, and was a member of the Wolfe Creek Church of Christ.
His wife, Olive Koon Jones, died in 1975.
He is survived by a son, Ray Jones of Roseville, a daughter, Mrs. Sue Kisha of Orlando, Fla.; a sister, Mrs. Mary Stoneburner of Newell; a brother, Orville Jones of Newark, and two granddaughters.
