TORONTO – Betty L. Tipton Peters, 45, of Toronto died Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2000.
She was born in Belmont County, Ohio, Nov. 2, 1954, a daughter of the late Ira Edward and Wilma Mae Smith Tipton.
She was a former employee of the LaBelle Nursing Home in Steubenville and was a Methodist.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. John David (Rebecka) Core and Tammy Sue Peters of Toronto; three brothers. Daniel Carpenter of Hauve, Mont., Richard Lee Tipton of Tampa, Fla., and Wilbur Tipton of Empire; a sister, Mrs. Joseph (Kathy) Kersey of Toronto; and a granddaughter.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. No calling hours are planned.
The Clarke Funeral Home in Toronto is in charge of arrangements.
