LENOIR CITY, Tenn. – Services will be held today for Stephen Wayne Hutton, 44 of Dairy Lane, formerly of Chester, who died Monday, Oct. 2, 2000, at home.
He was born in East Liverpool, Sept. 8, 1956, a son of Charles Wayne Hutton and Helen Haynes Hutton of Chester.
He was employed as a pipefitter in the construction business. He graduated from Oak Glen High School in 1975, where he played football and was a member of the track relay team when it set a school record in 1974. He was a Methodist.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife, Jody Hutton, at home; two sons, Charlie Hutton of Florida and Cody Hutton of Lenoir City; a daughter, Heather Hutton Keller of Newell; tow stepsons, Ty Johnson and Micah Johnson of Lenoir ?City; two brothers, Charles W. Hutton of Newell and Mark c. Hutton of Chester; three sisters, Emily Six of New Cumberland, Janet McIntosh of Marietta, Ohio, and Karin Cochran of East Liverpool; and three grandchildren.
The services will be held at the Click Funeral Home.
The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to the Oak Glen High School Alumni Association.
Memorial services are planned in Chester at a later date.
