Leona "Lilly" Brown, 92, of 791 9th Avenue, LaCroft, died at City Hospital at 3 this morning following a long illness.
She was born August 4, 1889. at East Palestine to Daniel Milton Dornon and Almira Clark Dornon.
Mrs. Brown resided in this area her lifetime. She was a member of the Etruria Street Church of God.
Her husband, Martin A. Brown, died June 16, 1964.
She is survived by three sons, Amberry L. Brown and Daniel D. Brown. both of East Liverpool, and Dornon Brown of Chicago, ILL; six daughters, Mrs. Albert (Marty) Everhart, Mrs. Opal Moore and Mrs. Wilda Breeze, all of East Liverpool, Ohio, Mrs. Roy (Helen) Hargraves of Rialto, Calf. Mrs. James (Mabel) Reed of Huntington Beach, Calf. and Mrs. John (Gay) Meslovich of Pamona, Calf.; 25 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Martin Funeral Home with the Rev. C. LeRoy Apotosh of the Church of God in Beaver, PA., officiating.
Burial will be at Yellow Creek Cemetery.
Friends may call Monday afternoon and evening at the funeral home.
