Allen Smith Davis
Services were held today for Allen S. Davis, 77, of Inez Ave., who died Monday at 4:45 a.m. in City Hospital following a brief illness.
A native of East Liverpool, Mr. Davis was born Oct. 27, 1904, a son of Joseph Davis and Inez Nagel Davis.
He retired as a caster in 1965 from the Hall China Company.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Emma Arnold Davis, whom he married Oct. 4, 1926, survivors include a son Paul A. Davis and two brothers, Joseph and Paul F. Davis all of East Liverpool; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
The rites were conducted at Riverview Chapel by the Rev. Dr. H. Gene Toot.
The Martin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
