Services will be held Monday at the Prevatt Memorial Home in St. Petersburg, Fla., for Roy Stubbins, 83, a former Wellsville resident and a retired railroad engineer. He died Thursday after and illness of several months.
Mr. Stubbins is survived by his widow, Hannah Soub Curry Stubbins; a son, James Stubbins of Baden, Pa., ; a sister, Mrs. Nettie Davis of Lisbon, two grandchildren, and one great grandchild, and a niece.
