READ, ELIZABETH ETHEL DONLEY, 87, of West Liberty, WV, died Monday, November 12, 2001, in Bishop Joseph H. Hodges Continuous Care Center, Wheeling. She was a Methodist by faith. She was born June 10, 1914, in Blaine, Ohio, daughter of the late Jerimiah and Mary Jackson Donley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Read, St., in 1984; four sisters; three brothers; and two grandsons. Surviving are two sons, Charles E. Read Jr., and his wife, Ruth, of West Liberty and David T. Read and his wife, Leona, of Wheeling; two daughters, Donna Lasch and her husband, Robert of Valley Grove, WV., and Patricia Burkhart of West Liberty; a sister, Olive Strain of Henderson, NE; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; several nephews and nieces. Arrangements made by Kepner Funeral Home, Kruger St., Wheeling, WV. Interment in Greenwood, Cemetery, Wheeling, WV.
