Howard L. Neal, 63, a ladle crane operator for the
Crucible Steel Co. at Midland, died suddenly today
at9:30am in his home 1900 Smithfield Street.
Mr. Neal was a member of the Elks Lodge.
He leaves his widow, Mrs. Rose Evans Neal, two
sons, Howard Neal Jr. and Norman Neal both of East
Liverpool, a daughter, Mrs. Milfred Betteridge of East
Liverpool, a brother, Carl Neal of Cleveland, a
half-brother, William Echols of East Liverpool and a
grandchild.
The body was taken to the Martin Funeral Home.
Arrangements are incomplete.
