EAST LIVERPOOL – Jimmy Lee “Wally” Howard, 46, of Moore Street, died at 11:58 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 9, 2003, at Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh following a lengthy illness.
Born in East Liverpool, Sept. 1, 1957, son of the late Israel John Howard and Ive Jewell Fraley Howard, he lived most of his life here, where he was a transmission mechanic.
He is survived by a sister, Linda Tyler of Norco, Calif.; and a brother, John Howard.
Private family services will be held at a later date. The Dawson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
