Nancy Haught, 63, of Chester, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2011, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born January 14, 1948, Nancy was a daughter of the late Stewart and Shontz (Durbin) Dunn.
She was a former teller at Northern Hancock Bank & Trust in Newell, a past member of the Chester VFW Auxiliary and a member of the Westminster United Presbyterian Church in Chester.
Surviving are her husband, Andy Haught at home; a son, Bobby Jay Haught of Iowa; a daughter, Erin (Denny) Bailey of Chester; four grandchildren, LeAnn Haught, Sydney Haught, Drew Bailey and Luke Bailey and her first great-grandchild on the way; a brother Robert (Irene) Dunn of Florida and by a canine companion, “Maggie.”
Following visitation a memorial service was held on Monday, April 4, 2011 at the Nixon Funeral Home in Newell. Rev. Trina Lewis officiated.
