James J. Costello
NEWELL - Stricken while at work for Homer Laughlin China company on Friday James J. Costello, 48, of 417 Grant street, was pronounced dead on arrival at the East Liverpool City hospital Friday 8 a.m. He was a foreman in the dipping shed.

Mr. Costello was born in Washington, Pa., son of the late John and Ann Costello. He was affiliated with the St. Aloysius Catholic church. Besides his wife, Bernice, he leaves: two sisters, Mrs. Nell Cummings and Mary Costello fo Stowe; and three brothers, John of Akron, Joseph of Youngstown and Michael of Cardiff-by-the-Sea, California.

The body is at the Dawson Funeral home.
