Death Claims Local Widow
Mrs. Maggie Craig’s Rites Set Wednesday
Mrs. Maggie Craig, widow of Moore Craig, died Sunday at 8:45 a.m. in Emma;s ?Rest Home, where she was a patient five years.
Mrs. Craig was a daughter of the late J. M. Allison and Nancy Kevan Allison, and was born in Beaver County. She was a decorator for the Taylor Smith & Taylor Co. for over 20 years. She was a member of the Chester Presbyterian Church.
She leaves four daughters, Mrs. Gertrude Loy of East Liverpool, Mrs. Edna Roach of Clinton, Pa., Mrs. Zelma Evarts of Dravosburg, Pa., and Mrs. Vina Fisburn of Rockville, Ind., and eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in the home of Mrs. Loy, 954 ST. George St., by Rev. Albert H. McLain, pastor of the Second Presbyterian Church, and Rev. C. T. Weimer of the Chester church. Burial will be in Mill Creek Hill Cemetery near Hookstown.
