Mrs. Charles Madison
SALINEVILLE - Mrs. Mary J. Madison, 120 E. Main St.
died this morning at 5:40 at City Hospital, following
a brief illness. She was 84.
She was born April 12,1875, in Columbiana County, a
daughter of the late William and Martha Chamberlain.
She was a member of the Church of Christ.
She leaves her husband, Charles Madison at home, two
daughters, Mrs. Ethel Grossenbacher of Alliance and
Mrs. Nellie Mitcheson of Salineville, two sons, Frank
Madison and Orville Madison both of Salineville, a
brother, Frank Chamberlain of Cochocton and 18
grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Tuesday at 2pm at the Kerr
Funeral Home by the Rev. Donald Archer. Burial will be
in Mechanicstown Cemetery.
