Sara Susan (Allison) Allison
Mrs. Sara Susan Allison, 82 widow of Hooker W.
Allison of the Allison School District in Hancock
County, died Sunday at 5:20am in City Hospital,
following a six-month illness.
A daughter of James Allison and Nancy Pugh Allison,
Mrs. Allison was born in Hancock County and spent her
lifetime there. She was a member of the Chester
Methodist Church.
She leaves a daughter Mrs. Elva Gregory of
Wellsville, two sons, Frank W. Allison of Chester and
Edwin W. Allison of Wintersville, a sister Mrs.
Lurther Allison of Chesterand five grandchildren and
four great-grandchildren. Her Husband died 10 years
ago.
Rites will be held Tuesday at 2pm in the Arner
Funeral Chapel in Chester by Rev. M. V. Stone. Burial
will be in Locust Hill Cemetery.
