MRS. MARY JONES DEAD

Passes Away at the Home of Daughter, Mrs. W. B. Fogo

Mrs. Mary Ann Jones, aged 88, died at 3 o'clock yesterday morning (Oct. 29, 1906) at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Wallace L. Fogo, of Tenth street, after an illness of several weeks of organic heart trouble.

Deceased is survived by her aged father, Edward Broughton, of Lisbon; one brother, Alfred of Lisbon; three sisters, Eliza Jones of Lisbon, Mrs. Ruth Robinson of Straitsville, and Mrs. Lucy Baker of signal; three daughters, Mrs. A. C. Martin, Mrs. W. L. Fogo and Mrs. George Culp of Wellsville; and two brothers, Alfred and David Jones.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the home of Mrs. Fogo, conducted by the Rev. C. H. Beck.

Mrs. Jones was born in England in 1838 and came to this county in 1846. For a number of years she lived in Lisbon, where she taught school. Later she moved to Wellsville and had been a resident of this city for some time. She had for 25 years been a member of the Methodist Protestant church and was a woman of lovable disposition.
