Mrs. Anna M. Hanlin
Mrs. Anna Mary Hanlin, 82, died 6:25 a.m. today at her home in Colliers. She had been in ill health for the last five years and seriously ill for the past month. She is the widow of Abe Lincoln Hanlin. The deceased spent her entire life in Colliers.
Mrs. Hanlin was born August 25, 1872, in Colliers, Brooke county. She is the daughter of the late David and Margaret Butler Snyder. The deceased was married on July 2, 1891 in Wellsburg to Abe Lincoln Hanlin. She is a member and the last surviving charter member of the Colliers Christian Church. She is also a member of the Naomi Rebekah lodge, No. 42 of Colliers. The deceased is survived by a twin daughter, Mrs. Margaret Bradley of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Mildred Daisy of Columbus; two sons, Floyd V. Hanlin of Calif., and Harold L. in Colliers; five grandchildren and eight great grand children. Services will be held from the Steel and Wolfe funeral home Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. with Dr. James A. Van Buren, D. D., from Central Christian Church in Oakland, Pa. Burial will be made in the Chestnut Ridge cemetery in Weirton, and friends may call after 10 a.m. on Tuesday.
