Miss Ella K. Boyd,56, resident of Yellow Creek township, died Wednesday night at her home on the Wellsville-Salineville road.
Miss Boyd was born on the farm where she spent her lifetime and died. She was a daughter of the late Pressley Boyd and Nancy Hanlin Boyd. She was a member of the highland town Methodist church.
She leaves one sister, Mrs. George Clark, of Highlandtown; two brothers, Elva J. Boyd of Madison township and Alfred G. Body of Yellow Creek township, and several nephews and nieces.
The body was removed to the MacLean funeral home in Wellsville and will be returned to the late home Friday morning. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the late home with Rev. George Johnson, pastor of the Highlandtown Methodist church, officiating. Burial will be in the Columbiana County Memorial Park.
Friends may call Friday night at the Boyd home.
