George H. Eardley, after a lingering illness of typhoid fever, died at an early hour Thursday morning. Deceased was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Elijah Eardley, and was born in Staffordshire, England, in 1874. He came to this country in 1888. In 1898 he was married to Miss Nell, daughter of Mrs. D. B. Martin. His wife and in infant daughter, a few weeks old, survive him. Mrs. Eardley is still very ill. The funeral services will be held from their residence on Third street, Sunday. George Eardley was one of the brightest and most popular young men in this community. He was a member of the Elk’s lodge and several social orders, all of whom mourn his loss.
