Mrs. Nellie Mae Hamilton, 69, widow of Jess Hamilton, died Saturday morning at Ohio Valley Hospital, Steubenville.
She was born in Wellsville Dec. 24, 1880, a daughter of David and Anna Gilmore. She resided in Empire for the past 13 years, when she was a member of the Methodist Church.
Surviving are four daughters, Miss Delores Hamilton and Mrs. Alex Keeman Jr. of Empire, Mrs. B. A. Moffatt of Brilliant, and Mrs. S. A. Holt of Canton; two sons, Edward Hamilton of Wellsville, and David Hamilton of Minerva; a sister, Mrs. Chal McIntosh, and a brother, Carl Gilmore, both of East Liverpool, and 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 3:30 pm. Tuesday from the Empire church by Rev. George Johnson. Burial will be at Springhill Cemetery, Wellsville.
