NEW WATERFORD, May 21 (Special) – Ralph Edward Leuk, 38, of New Waterford died this morning at Salem City Hospital where he was a patient for two months.
An upholsterer at the New Waterford Furniture Co., he was born Dec. 11, 1912, at New Waterford, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Leuk.
He was a member of East Palestine Masonic Lodge 417, and the Zion Lutheran Church of New Waterford for which he had served as secretary for the past nine years.
He was married Sept. 14, 1940, to Helen Koch, who survives at the home. Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Ross Conkle of New Waterford, and Mrs. William Ford of East Palestine, and a brother, Hugo Leuk of East Palestine.
Services will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. a the church by Rev. a. A. Anderson. Burial will be in New Waterford Cemetery.
Friends may call at the late home Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9:30 p.m.
