Mrs. Florence Johnson, sister of Mrs. George Wucherer, 740 Sophia St., was found dead in her home in Bridgeville, Pittsburgh suburb, Sunday night. She had been dead since Friday, either as a result of a heart attack or from carbon monoxide fumes from a gas fire burning in her room, Mrs. Wucherer said.
Mrs. Johnson was the widow of George Johnson, who died six years ago. She leaves another sister, Mrs. Margaret Stimmel of Pittsburg, and two brothers, Phil Mercer of Bridgeville and Norman Mercer of Buckhannon, W. Va.
Rites will be held Tuesday at 2: 30 p.m. in the LaVelle Funeral Home at 432 Washington Ave., Bridgeville. Burial will be in the Melrose cemetery there.
