Elsie Williams
Died Feb. 8, 2004

WELLSVILLE – Our loving mother, Gram and G.G. went to be with the Lord at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 8, 2004, following a lengthy illness.
Elsie’s orneriness and sense of humor will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
Elsie was born in Salsberry, Ohio, July 29, 1915. She was the youngest daughter of the late Oliver J. and Minnie (Rose) Dennis.
She was employed by the Wellsville Schools, working in the cafeteria and was a member of several card clubs. She also was a member of the First Christian Church of Wellsville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Morgan Williams; a daughter, Helen “Ann” Taylor; son-in-law,, L.G. Koontz; two brothers, Harold Dennis and Wilbur Dennis; and sis sisters, Erma Swearingen, Ada Potts, Helen Leather berry, Buelah Goddard and Mildred Dennis.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Rick (Kathy) Palmer of East Liverpool; a son-in-law, Arthur Taylor of New Philadelphia, Ohio; seen grandchildren, Mrs. David (Denise) Richards of Fort Wayne, Ind., Michael Taylor and wife Lorraine of Indianapolis, Ind., Mrs. Robert (Amy) Bray of Pataskala, Ohio, Mrs. Rob (Michele) Higgenbothem of Sherrodsville, Ohio, Mrs. Greg (Monica) Conkle of Wellsville, Mrs. Mark (Courtney) Richardson of Pickerington, Ohio, and Miss Amy Palmer of Allentown, Pa.; and seven great-grandchildren, Jeffrey Bray, Kirsten Smith, Morgan, Jens, Brennen and Reese Richards and Joshua Taylor.
Pastor Mary Lou Hall of the House of Prayer will conduct the services at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Roberts Funeral Home. Burial in Highlandtown Cemetery.
Family will receive friends and family from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
