Dr. John Magill

Services will be held Thursday at St. Petersburg, Fla., for Dr. John C. Magill, 42 of St. Petersburg, a native of East Liverpool, who died Monday of an apparent heart attack.

Burial will be there

Dr. Magill was born May 24, 1926, in East Liverpool, a son of Mrs. Margaret Riley Magill of Miami, Fla., and the late John C. Magill. He attended St. Aloysius School and was graduated for East Liverpool High School in 1944. he later was graduated from Medical College at Ohio State University.

Besides his mother, survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Christine Montgomery of St. Petersburg and Lisa Magill, and a son, Tony Magill, both at home; four sisters, Mrs. Charles (Margaret McCollum, Mrs. Robert (Eileen) Holway and Mrs. Jean Curran, all of Miami, and Mrs. John (Ruth) Fitzergerald of Huston, Tex., and a brother, Edward Magill of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.

Dr., Magill was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Joan Magill, who died in March 1967, and a son, Michael Magill, who died last October.

The Arlington Memorial Funeral Home in St. Petersburg is in charge of arrangements.
