DIED AT THE HOSPITAL
Injuries Sustained by Bascom Sanford, Prove Fatal.
Bascom Sanford, aged 26 years, who was thrown off a box car at Salineville on Friday night died at Mercy hospital, Pittsburg on Saturday night.
Sanford was formerly a brakeman on the New Cumberland branch and for a year past was a brakeman on the C. & P. He was a single man and his parents live at Penrith, W. Va. He is well known in Hancock county and had many friends.
The remains were taken to the home at Penrith and the funeral will take place on Monday afternoon.
