Mrs. Sarah E. Dozzie, widow of Alfred E. Dozzie, died in her home in 363 Garfield st. Wednesday at 10:30 p.m. following a brief illness.
Mrs. Dozzie has resided in East Liverpool for the past 38 years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian church and John Washington chapter 68, Order of Eastern Star.
She leaves three grandchildren, Mrs. Eleanor Wilson and Mrs. Bernice Naylor of Cleveland and William Myers of Pittsburg, and six great-grandchildren.
Private funeral services will be held in the home Friday at 2 p.m. in charge of Rev. J. H. Lawther, pastor of the First Presbyterian church. Burial will be in Riverview cemetery.
Friends may call at the home tonight.
