EAST PALESTINE – Services for Mrs. Alberta W. Johnson, 55, of E. Highland Ave will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Oliver Funeral Home here.
Mrs. Johnson died of a stroke Saturday at 10 a.m. at home.
She was born Jan. 23, 1912, in Kingwood, W. Va., and came to East Palestine in 1929. She was a member of the Second Baptist Church
In addition to her husband James H. Johnson, whom she married in 1929, she leaves two sons, James W. Johnson of New Castle and George Johnson of Philadelphia; two daughters, Mrs. Ethel Mae Green of New Galilee and Mrs. Juanita Johnson of Youngstown; a brother, Oscar Davis; three sisters, Mrs. Catherine Thomas of Pittsburgh, Miss Laura Davis and Mrs. Anna Roswell of Sewickley, and 25 grandchildren.
Friends may call a the funeral home tonight from 7 to 9.
