George O. Hunter, 70, of Industry, R. D. 1, a former employe of the Mackintosh – Hemphill Co., now a division of the W. W. Bliss Co., died Tuesday at 1:15 at his home.
He was born Oct. 29, 1895, in Industry, where he had resided his lifetime.
He leaves two sisters; Mrs. Dewey (Pearl) Hoyt and Mrs. Charles (Margaret) Leport, both of Industry, and several nephews and nieces.
Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Cannon Funeral Home in Midland by the Rev. William Beal, Jr. of the Industry Evangelical United Brethren Church. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Industry.
Friends may call at the funeral home any time.
