WELLSVILLE – Flora Margaret Mills, 84, of Clark Avenue, died at 3:05 a.m. Tuesday, June 25, 2002, at East Liverpool City Hospital.
She was born in Tazwell, Tenn., Nov. 18, 1917, the daughter of the late Campbell and Lucy Allice Ramsey.
She had worked as a ware maker in area potteries.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Grant Mills, and a daughter, Patricia Tranter.
She is survived by a son, Randall Mills, with whom she resided; a daughter, Nancy Champ of Wellsville; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Gene Koontz will conduct services at 3 p.m. Friday at the Roberts Funeral Home. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Visitation is one hour before the service.
