MIDLAND – Sharretts S. Chambers, 84, of Barclay Hill Road, Beaver, died Wednesday, Feb 1, 1989, at the Beaver Medical Center following a brief illness.
He was born Dec. 22, 1904, in Trade City, Pa.
Mr. Chambers was employed at the former Crucible Steel Co. before retiring in 1966.
His first wife, Etta Knauf Chambers, died in 1955.
His second wife, Ja Emler Chambers, died in 1987.
Survivors include two sons, Clifford C. Chambers of Brighton Township and Sarretts K. Chambers of Scenery Hill, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Services ware planned at 10 a.m. Saturday at eh D. L. Williams Funeral Home. Burial is to be in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park in Daugherty Township.
Friends may call at the funeral home form 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday
