WEST POINT – Edwin L. “Eddie” Hutcheson, 77, of state Route 518, died Sunday evening, Dec. 7, 2003, at home following an apparent heart attack.
He was born June 23, 1926, in Lisbon, a son of the late Charles E. and Martha Ann Carlisle Hutcheson.
He worked at the Sterns and Foster Furniture factory in Columbiana until his retirement. He served with the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances A. Morris Hutcheson.
He is survived by his daughter, Brenda E. Lynn of Altus, Okla.; a son, Bruce E. Hutcheson of Columbiana; a sister, Eleanor Bilsky of Lisbon; two brothers, Charles E. Hutcheson and Richard P. Hutcheson, both of Lisbon; three grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
The Rev. Al Voorhis will conduct services at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
