Ruth Dilley
Died Monday, Jan. 26, 2004
TORONTO – Ruth I. Morrow Dilley, 74, passed away Monday, jan. 26, 2004, at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville.
Born Jan. 18, 1930, in Empire, she was the daughter of the late William and Celia Blackburn Morrow.
She was a member of the Riverview Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Dilley, and sons, William Dilley, Keith Dilley and Chris Dilley.
She is survived by sons Ronald Morrow, Leonard Dilley, Terry Dilley of Toronto, Ernie Dilley of Hepnier, Ore., and John Dilley of Dayton, Ohio; daughters, Sharon Dilley, Debbie Fisher and Tina Shimmel of Toronto and Nianne Hancock of Wellsville; a stepson, Denny Kenner of Titusville, Pa.; 28 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Clarke Funeral Home, with the Rev. Robert Phillips officiating. Burial in Toronto Union Cemetery.
Visitation is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.Thursday.

I did not know Ruth, may she rest in peace. I was wondering if her son Chris Dilley was the same Chris that lived in Wheeling in the mid
90's? I did not know he passed on?
