Died Dec. 7, 2003

SALEM – Georgia B. Klubert, 83, formerly of Center Street in East Liverpool, died Sunday, Dec. 7, 2003, at 10 a.m. at Blossom Nursing Home following a lengthy illness
She was born, a daughter, to the late James and Cora Smith Morgan Franks, on Feb. 22, 1920 in Friendly, W.Va. She spent most of her life in East Liverpool as a homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Anthony a. Klubert, who died May 27, 1994, whom she married Oct. 1, 1935; a son Ronald A. Klubert; five sisters, Eliza Brown, Pearl Rawson, Greta Cline, Ina Thorne and Jenny Verning; and one brother, Robert Franks.
She is survived by a son, Robert D. Klubert and his wife, Pat of Abingdon, Va.; two daughters, Barbara Triner and her husband, Jack of East Liverpool and Lynn Possage McCoy and her husband, Gary of Gilford Lake, Ohio; a sister, Eva Lee Samberson of Colton, Calif.; nine grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral homes,
Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2003, at 11 a.m. with Assistant Pastor Earl Souder of Madison Trinity Church officiating. Burial will follow at the United Presbyterian Cemetery of Calcutta.
The family will be present to receive friends at the Calcutta Chapel, Tuesday, Ded. 9, 2003, form 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
