EAST LIVERPOOL – Doloris May Moore, 69, of Garner Avenue, died Friday, July 20, 2001, at Salem Community Hospital following a lengthy illness.
She was born in East Liverpool March 22,1932,adaughter of the late Daniel C. and Mary E. Guthrie Caldwell.
She worked as a nurse’s aide at City Hospital before retiring and was a member of the Emmanuel Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert C. Moore; and two sons, Steven L. Bowers, and David B. Bowers.
She is survived by a son, Charles F. Bowers of East Liverpool; three daughters, Mrs. Herbert “Butch” (Carolyn S.) Moore, Mrs. David (Jane A.) Russell and Mrs. Jeff (Debra L.) Wilson of East Liverpool; 17 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
The Rev. Tanta Luckhardt-Hendricks will conduct services at 2 p.m. today at the church. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
The Calcutta Chapel of the Matrin-MacLean-Altmeyer Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements.
