LAKE WALES, Fla. – Glenn Shasteen, 69, of Lake Wales, formerly of Salem, died Friday at Lake Wales Hospital following a long illness.
Mr. Shasteen has resided in the Lake Wales area fro six years, coming form Lantana, Fla. He was a tool and dye maker at Tru Cut Dye Corp. and a veteran of the U. S. Army. He was of the Protestant faith.
Survivors include his wife, Eleanor E.; two daughters, Glenda L. Gano of Franklin, Tenn. And Kay L. Ward of Lake Wales; two sons, John A. of St. Petersburg, and Gary G. of Plant City; three brothers; and 10 grandchildren.
Memorial services were held at 3 p.m. Monday in the chapel at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with the Rev. Dennis Turner officiating.
