EAST LIVERPOOL Services are planned this afternoon for Mrs. Flora L. Haynes, 85, of Balmar Avenue, who died Friday, March 5, 1993, a the Potters Medical Center following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Congo Feb. 24, 1908, a daughter of the late Theul and Mary Spear Knox.
Her husband, Gail Haynes, died in 1960.
She is survived by a sister, Nellie Smith of Chester; a brother, Robert Knox of Marietta; five daughters, Ruth Bennett of Phelan, Calif., Anna Summers of Newell, Leona Buckley and Betty Netherland of East Liverpool and Shirley Hoyt of Industry; five sons, Edgar Haynes of Phelan, John Haynes of East Liverpool and Donald Haynes, Wayne Haynes and Ralph Haynes of Fontana, Calif.; 30 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
The services are to be held at 2 at the Nixon Funeral Home. Burial is to be in Longs Run Presbyterian Cemetery.
