Funeral services for Mrs. Lulu Giffin, widow of Rev. Joseph Wilson Giffin, who died at her home in Cleveland Monday, were held Thursday afternoon in the First United Presbyterian church in Cleveland. Burial was there.
Rev. Giffin was pastor of the First United Presbyterian church of Wellsville form 1909 to 1912. Before going to Wellsville he was pastor of the United Presbyterian church at Elizabeth, Pa., for about 10 years. He was pastor of the Cleveland church when he retired. He died about five years ago.
Mrs. Giffin is survived by one son, Plummer D. Giffin of Cleveland, and a daughter, Miss Mary E. Giffin of New York.
