EAST LIVERPOOL – Services are planned Tuesday for Mrs. Iladene McHenry, 64, of First Avenue, who was pronounced dead at 6:30 p.m. Friday, March 9, 1990, at City Hospital. She had been ill since October.
She was born in East Liverpool Fev. 26, 1926, a daughter of the late Clyde Woomer and Myrtle Strotman Woomer.
Mrs. McHenry was employed 21 years in the reclaiming department at the Hall China Co before retiring in 1966. She graduated from East Liverpool High School in 1943. She was a member of the Etruria ‘Street Church of God, were she was secretary/treasure of the church and teacher of the Career Class. She had been the Sunday School superintendent 15 years before retiring in 1989. She also was a memberof the ladies auxiliary of the Community Rescue Mission.
Survivors include her husband, W. Kenneth McHenry, whom she married June 22, 1946; two sisters, Mrs. Robert (Evelyn) Broadbent and Dolores Gacesa of East Liverpool
The Rev. Mitzy Wolfe and Basil Adkins are to conduct the services at 1:30 p.m. at the church. Burial is to be in Riverview Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Martin Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
