Graveside services were held Tuesday at Springhill Cemetery, Wellsville for Amy Jo Adams, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Orval F. Adams of 1622 Nevada St., Wellsville. She died shortly after birth at Osteopathic Hospital.
In addition to her parents, survivors include two sisters, Becky Lynn Adams and Shelly Louise Adams, both at home, and her maternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Heaton Sr. of Wellsville.
The MacLean Funeral Home in Wellsville was in charge of arrangements.
