Larry L. Nice, 55, of New Manchester passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2008.
He was born August 12, 1952 in New Martinsville, a son of Harry Nice Jr. and Daisy Anderson Nice of New Manchester.
Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Susan Nice; maternal grandparents, Vespur and Bertha Anderson and paternal grandparents, Harry and alma Nice.
He worked for 27 years as a tin mill operator at Weirton Steel. He was a member of the 25 Year Club and a Protestant by faith.
Larry is survived by a daughter, Brandy Nice and companion Jim Lyons of Paris; a son, Larry Nice of New Manchester; a step-daughter, Missy Guiro and husband Perry of New Manchester; a step-son, Michael Know and wife Lori of East Liverpool; two brothers, Tim Nice and wife Debbie and Rick Nice and companion Mary Greathouse; and a sister, Linda Stackpole, all of New Manchester.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at the New Cumberland Chapel of the Nixon Funeral at 11 a.m. with Evangelist Frank Hgginbotham officiating.
