Roy C. Masters, 54, of 800 Dresden Ave., an employe at the Potters Supply Co., for 20 years, died today at 5:55 a.m. at City Hospital after a brief illness.
He was born May 3, 1913, at Stop 9 in Pennsylvania, a son of the late Ollie Masters and Goldie Watson Masters. He had resided in the vicinity his lifetime. He was a pin maker at the supply company, and had last worked on Wednesday. He was a member of Local 41of the IBOP.
He is survived by two half-brothers, Dale Masters of Pennsboro, W. Va., and Charles Masters of East Liverpool; a half-sister, Mrs. Meryle Lara of East Liverpool, a niece and two nephews.
Services will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the Martin Funeral Home. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday afternoon and night.
