Evening Review
Services will be held Tuesday for Harry W. Lowery, 64, of 238 W. 7th St., a barber here 42 years, who was pronounced dead on arrival Saturday at 1:50 p.m. at City Hospital following a two-year illness.
Mr. Lowery was born April 24, 1913, in East Liverpool, a son of Axel Lowery and Della Mason Lowery.
Besides his widow, Mrs. Rose A. Wahl Lowery, whom he married Sept. 9, 1934, survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Donald (Marilyn) Roznak of Wisconsin; two sons, John W. Lowery of Aliquippa and David Lowery of Wisconsin; a great-aunt, Mrs. Clara Mitchell of East Liverpool, who reared him, and five grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be said Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Aloysius Church by Fr. Thomas Cevula of St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Canton. Burial will be in Columbiana County Memorial Park.
Friends may call at the Dawson Funeral Home here this afternoon and tonight where a wake service will be held at 8 p.m.
