CHESTER – Beloved son and brother, Dennis M. Wright, 18 of Carolina Avenue, died Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2001, in Chester.
He was born in Youngstown, Ohio, Sept, 30, 1982, a son of David E. Wright of Chester and Paula Ray of McDonald, Ohio. Previously living in Chester, Dennis had lived five years in Austintown, Ohio
While in Austintown, Dennis attended Girard High School where he was on the honor roll, was a member of the ski club and played basketball. Dennis played baseball in the Austintown Baseball Association and youth League for five years and basketball at Youngstown YMCA for two years. He graduated in May from Oak Glen High School.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Arnold and Ruth Wright and his maternal grandparents, Earl and Dorothy Ray.
Besides his parents, he is survived by a brother, David M. Wright of Pittsburgh, Pa.; two sisters, Lisa Wright of Charlotte, N. C. , and Danica Wright of McDonald, Ohio.
Friends will be received at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester from 2 to 9 p.m. today. Evangelist Frank Higginbotham of the Virginia Avenue Church of Christ will conduct services a the funeral home at 1 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Locust Hill Cemetery in Chester.
