COLUMBIANA – Dorothy Douglas Sirovica, 82, of Court Street 5, died at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2001, at home following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Unity Township Sept. 19, 1918, a daughter of the late Harry and Irene Kibler Schafernocker.
She was a licensed practical nurse at Salem Community Hospital before retiring and was a member of Jerusalem Lutheran Church.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles G. Douglas.
She is survived by her husband, Stephen J. Sirovica; three sons, Robert Douglas and Alan Douglas of Columbiana and Larry /Douglas of Pleasant Hill, Calif.; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
The Rev/ David H. Conrad will conduct the services at 11 a.m. Friday at the church. Burial will be in Columbiana Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Warrick-Kummer Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and an hour before the services at the church.
